Clearclick report

Post by zeehio »

Hi,
I just got confused and assumed that the "report" button at the ClearClick dialog was a "Report as spam" button instead of "Report as a false positive".
Therefore I think that I mistakenly reported a malicious Clickjacking attempt.

I was nervious because I did not know exactly what I was doing (not a confirmation on the report or a clear explanation, at least for me) and I did not write down the Report ID.

I just wanted to tell this in case you would like to change the caption of the report button to something less confusing.
Of course, if I am the only one confused by this button forgive and forget me. My intention is only to improve the usability of NoScript (which is a great tool).

Thanks in advance and sorry to bother you.

It says just "Report" because it works both ways: I'm interested both in false positives (to improve ClearClick's specificity) and in true ones (to study clickjacking samples in the wild).
