My Whitelist doesn't show the newly added securecode.com, what let me look through Whitelist and noscript.default. Seems I can't easily add sites back, which I've removed, and newly added to noscript.default are not added to the Whitelist.
What I miss is a list of removed/not added sites in Whitelist.
I know that I could use the Reset button to get all, but so all settings will be reset.

Re: Whitelist default
This is a design choice: the default whitelist is a factory default, and doesn't affect updates because each user is encouraged to build his own custom list.
Resetting just the whitelist, rather than the whole configuration, has never been asked before and, frankly, there's no real estate on the whitelist page for an additional button (beside that, the whole permission system is undergoing a massive redesign as part of the NSA effort).

Re: Whitelist default
I wouldn't want a reset button for the whitelist either. That doesn't make sense, indeed. What I suggest is a second list in Whitelist, which shows removed default and not yet added default sites to be able to correct the own whitelist.
