[RESOLVED] noscript interferes with jerseymike.com online

i have noscript set to trust jerseymikes.com and amazonaws.com, but clicking the "Add/Details" links on the page does nothing when noscript is enabled. if i disable the noscript extension and restart firefox, the links on that page work fine. i'm using firefox 3.6.15 with noscript 2.0.9.9.

please advise.

I have confirmed that for some reason none of the links are active or will respond to clicks. I have no account to log in but what I can test supports this to some extent. HOWEVER, I also noticed that in Fx WITHOUT any extensions (Safe Mode) it did not work either, so I am not sure if its some kind of parsing issue that is making the site incompatible with the browser or its an IE only kind of coding, but that does happen. Unfortunately its up to the site to fix those situations.

Now this is by no means a complete testing on my part, so please due your own due diligence in responding to this, but I have confirmed that there is no item being blocked by any regular ABP rules, there is only one reference between amazon and the site in RP so no issue there, and there are only two sites listed for NS which even allowed make no difference with not being allowed. This was my initial test with my current profile. Then I reloaded the link in SafeMode to find the same result, so not sure if its something in this build of Fx or related to the coding on the site itself making it incompatible with this browser platform, not sure.

I'm unable to test the ordering link provided. order.jerseymikes.com uses an invalid security certificate, so Firefox won't allow the connection.

I had Firefox temporarily allow the certificate and think I've found the problem. It's a bug in the site coding.

You can work around it by appending

to the noscript.inclusionTypeChecking.exceptions preference in about:config. Separate it from the previously existing entry with a space.

alan, thanks for the solution. links working fine now. though it's still a horribly designed online ordering system website, their sandwiches are delicious.
