Cannot see NoScript main menu icon into Customizer settings

NoScript 2.0.9.9 and Firefox 4.O

I installed NoScript, but cannot put de NoScript Icon in the bar using Customize menu. I go to customize menu and I can see "Temporarily allow all this page icon" and "Revoque temporarily permission icon", but now I cannot see the main noscript menu icon.

It is not listed there if it presumably already added, so maybe it's somewhere but not visible because of some bug.

The "Restore Default Set" button might help, after that it is listed again in the list (which differs from the default setting on a fresh profile or install of NoScript where it is automatically put between the back/forward buttons and the URL bar).
