Starting with builds on the 30th of January Firefox began leaking lots of memory, in particular when combined with Adblock, which now appears to be fixed. However when using NoScript memory will still leak. I thought that NoScript and Adblock were pretty similar in how they block content?
I can reproduce the leak in Firefox if I follow the instructions in the first comment of this bug: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=631494

Re: Memory leak with NoScript + latest nightly of Firefox
Are you saying the regression date is the same as that bug?

I filed bug: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=634855
I will do some regression testing, and post it in that bug.
