Need help getting Flashgot to work with eepget portably

The setup: Portable Firefox, FlashGot, eepget (from I2P).

It works but isnt portable. Flashgot puts an absolute path to the eepget exe into the prefs.js and I can't seem to figure out how to use relative paths for it.

I am essentially using the portableapps suite with Firefox, Java, I2P and a few other programs and would like to use eepget with Firefox by way of Flashgot.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
