what's the name of the file/files in which the rules/configuration are stored in my profile-folder?

Most of NoScript settings are store together with the other browser and extensions preferences, in the prefs.js file.
ABE rulesets are inside the ABE folder.
That's all.

NoScriptSTS.db appears to be used to.
