FlashGot + MultiGet + Mediafire = only 1 thread?

Post by -dai- »

Hi, I'm using FlashGot 1.2.7 and MultiGet under Ubuntu Lucid Lynx. I tried to download a password-protected file on Mediafire, but it seems like MultiGet is only able to make 1 thread (I normally download from Mediafire with 8 to 16 threads in Windows with IDM, works like a charm). And the download seems to be dropped after 15 minutes. The same goes with the non-password-protected files, but the difference is with the unpassworded ones it can finish without dropping (only if I keep the Firefox window open). I want to know whether this is a MultiGet issue, FlashGot ones, or is it just my Ubuntu that sucks?

Thank you.

How does your MultiGet integration command line template look like?
Does MultiGet support cookies to be passed?
If not, this is probably caused by MultiGet not being able to keep the protected session with Mediafire, whereas IDM can use the cookies information passed by FlashGot.
