is there a way to work around this bug other than disabling ABE because, afaik, by disabling ABE, you're disabling anti-CRSF capability too, right?

your issue is probably unrelated, and most likely due to this.
Whatever the cause of what I was seeing (& I was seeing it all over, amazon.com happened to be the first place I noticed a problem), 2.0.6rc3 has resolved it.

Youtube has a new ad method that mixes ads in with the video, besides just using flash popups. Even disabling ABE does not allow Youtube to show a video. I have to go to chrome or opera to use youtube.
