I'm using firefox 3.6.12 with other extensions, and every new page which contains javascript, I get the following error once on the error console:

Does this happen also in a clean
profile with just NoScript installed?

In a clean profile, it does not happen.

Then please try
Standard Diagnostic: that CSS file is syntactically valid, therefore it may be another extension conflicting with NoScript.

I will give that a try. I just wasn't sure where to begin the diagnosis.
