With no status bar, you'll need to put the noscript icon somewhere else.

1. You can put it wherever you want by right-clicking any toolbar and using the Customize command
2. You can enable the add-ons bar from the View menu, you'll find NoScript there by default
3. Future Firefox beta(s) will automatically show the add-ons bar as long as any extension is added to it.
