Let me start by saying that noscript is awesome! Thank You.
Now, I noticed a new "bahviour" with 2.0.4 --> BUG:
google.com and mozilla.org was immediately apparent as being automatically temporarily allowed. I don't have either in my whitelist, and removing temporaries gets rid only until page refersh, then they are back.
Please don't slip these backdoors...... prepopulating whitelist on install is fine, touching whitelist during runtime is not.

I'm unable to reproduce this problem using the default settings of NoScript 2.0.4.
It sounds like you have NoScript Options > General > Temporarily allow top-level sites by default checked. Uncheck it.
