Using NS 2.0.3.5 with FF 3.6.11.
After doing Google search I can only use first page. If I select page 2 or above it dims out the page. Cannot use back arrow. Must hit home.
Disabled NS and problem goes away. Do I need to uninstall and reinstall and just modify a setting.

Re: Google search use of only page 1
It works for me. Fx 3.6.11, fresh test profile with default theme and no other extensions.
NoScript 2.0.3.5 with default settings.
- Disable all your other extensions except NoScript. Does the problem persist?
- If problem is still present, export your whitelist (and optionally your settings) from the NoScript Options > Whitelist pane. Press the Reset button.
Report your results back here.
