Flash Got won't download Media Files

I Use Flash Got more than one Year and never had such problems, they started with firefox 4 beta version, first i thought the problem is with FF4 beta and i have to wait for the final version of FF 4 but now i have the 1.2.1.30 version of Flash Got and its shown as compatible with the beta Version (FF beta4).

I used flashgot as jdownloader extension (works fine)
and as downloader for media files... and thea is the problem i try to downloads files from Sites like Youtube,Facebook (or other streaming sites everywhere the same), its not the problem in finding them, cause the tray icon(from Falshgot) shows up on firefox and i can click on it but then the download starts it shows download is going to start (or something like that) but it wont start for hours or it starts immediatly and download some files smaller than 1 KB( obviously not the right files )...
