I am a normal user with no knowledge about programming or tweaking applications,
I have been using noscript for some time and recommending it to all my family and friends
when I usually go visit and have a chance to play play with their computers, I explain them the noscript advantages, if they like it,
just install it for them and give them a short tutorial on how to use it.
I think that it's one the best mozilla add-ons.
---------------------
NOW... When I have several tabs open (as usual) and go into a new web page that has scripts blocked by noscript,
I have to go into noscript and guess which ones are in that page and which blocked scripts are preventing that specific page from operating normally.
but the blocked scripts list shows all the blocked scripts of all the open tabs, and it is a guessing game to find out which ones belong to that page.
I will like to be able which scripts this specific page (in the open tab or web page I am looking only) is trying to run,
so I can allow only what I want, sometimes guessing.. or let noscript block the adclick, scorecardreseach, googleanalytics and similar trash scripts,
It also would be nice to be able to have lists of the trash scripts, by clasification like click research scripts, advertising in page scripts and similar,
and maybe a listing kept by user reports of those scripts.
I am sorry if this request has been posted before but I could not find anything related.
It also would be nice to be able to have a "wish list" kind of link in the noscript.net webpage.
I had to go and find the forums, and subscribe to be able to post this simple wish.
it could be like a blog with whishes only.
just an idea.. je je

Finally THANK YOU Mr Maone for your brilliant application (noscript), you made the world a better place.

Re: Tab Specific blocked scripts
If you mean the "Recently blocked sites" submenu, it actually contains the 10 most recent sites that have been blocked, usually except the ones directly imported by the current page.rdelaplaza wrote: the blocked scripts list shows all the blocked scripts of all the open tabs, and it is a guessing game to find out which ones belong to that page.
The ones specific to the current page/tab are the ones which have an "Allow xyz.com" menu item in the top-level menu.
The "Recently blocked sites" submenu should be left alone unless something still doesn't work after you allowed all the script sources which have a top-level "Allow" command.
There's nothing like that, but by middle-clicking on the "Allow/Forbid site.com" command you get an information page.rdelaplaza wrote: It also would be nice to be able to have lists of the trash scripts, by clasification like click research scripts, advertising in page scripts and similar,
