2.0.2.4 broke "no placeholder from untrusted"

Fx 3.6.8, NS >= 2.0.2.4, forbid iframe, apply to whitelisted, no placeholder from untrusted, "untrusted.invalid" blacklisted

Also the icon is wrong, the S is blue, should be white.
