right-click function of noscript

Sometimes a website produces a large popup window that contains software that runs something like GoogleApis. And I need to temporarliy allow this to work the site. I used to always be able to right-click in this popup window and get a menu to appear where I could access Noscript settings and temporarily allow a script. But lately this right-click is not producing such a menu.

Im trying to figure out if I am missing a setting in Noscript or whether this is a problem somewhere else in my browser. Is there a setting in Noscript that allows this right-click functionality?
