I am a user of several forums at xooit.com

http://fibromyalgie.xooit.com/index.php
and all forums
I have last version of firefox and noscript
and at xooit, noscript freeze firefox for a few seconds
every time I load a page, making navigation very hard
on theses forums.

Not sure what your problem is but its not happening for me. I went there, accessed both of the links you provided, and even without enabling JavaScript I was able to browse just fine. When I enabled xooit and xooimages it continued to work fine with just a bunch of ads showing up. So I am not sure what the problem is but its working fine for me. You might look into anything else you got installed that might be causing this, like content checking by any application that "scans" the code or page for something to block or detect. Its not NoScript.

try to open a few pages in tabs,
I'm pretty sure of this
because I have the probleme with clean installs of XP, mode xp in seven, seven 32, seven 64, and vista 32
and others of the site have the same problem

Neither do I.
BTW, if you are adventurous, you might want to try the new Firefox beta (best with a new profile or only after you have back-uped your old one) for it has some neat optimisations against some freezing and scrolling issues in general (e.g. the issue of Fx3+ with large background images is supposedly fixed).
