how to set NoScript to...

how to set it to just block ads and popups (it's very good to see that it can block most of the click-on popups) and always NOT blocking any pics and videos such as those from youtube-like sites.

on option, i unclick forbid java, adobe, silverlight, other plugins and audio/video....i guess these are the all the plugin that play video right?
(am i doing anything wrong here by unclicking all these?)

and what is <IFRAME> <FRAME> and @font-face?
