Noscript causes multiple redirects, whether the page is allowed or not. Redirects stop when noscript is disabled. Hitting the "back" button in the browser goes to the same page, which is reloaded and redirects to itself multiple times, and the user is stuck in an "infinite" loop.

Both the pages worked just fine for me.
Could you try upgrading to latest development build, and should the problem persist perform Standard Diagnostic keeping NoScript enabled, to find out whether it's an extensions conflict?
