Error updating 2.0.1rc4 to 2.0.1rc5

Post by GµårÐïåñ »

I get this error when it tries to update:
Firefox could not install the file at

http://releases.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla ... +sm+fn.xpi

because: Invalid file hash (possible download corruption)
-261
I am not sure if this is Mozilla/AMO problem or the package. I was able to get the file direct from NoScript site just fine, so just sharing in case its something, otherwise, no biggie.

Thank you for the link and I am already familiar with the FUD surrounding this error and the previously reported bugs and solutions that were provided but since I was not able to do it in several machines on separate networks with separate OS and all without any cache or LSO or cookie, it seemed to be something more. That's why I brought it up as an FYI so that Giorgio might take a look, otherwise, if its just a glitch, then its just a glitch. No harm. Thanks.
