SeaMonkey Trunk: Notification & Label Not Working

I believe this is an issue with NoScript (& not SeaMonkey).

SeaMonkey Trunk:

Appearance -> Show... Status bar label
Notifications -> Show message about blocked scripts

Neither look to be working.
If you do look into this, use a build before 7/21, cause at the moment, Bug 580868 - Status Bar Icons No Longer Display .

Both work fine on the 2.0.x branch.

I'm most likely wrong on this!

What I'm seeing, or not, I'm pretty sure (now) has to do with Session Restore & cached pages ...
And I should have known better cause I just went through this YESTERDAY when diagnosing a different extension !

Notification is notifying.
Label must be the above bug.

(Wild guess. Perhaps related to Error Console logging?)
