Which Scripts Need To Be Blocked The Most?
I have blocked googleanalytics.com and googlesyndication.com. Any others we should actively be blocking and which one's are the most important to block to keep our privacy??

All the other tracking sites, including google-analytics.com, are blocked by default. I suggest you supplement your privacy like I do:
1) Install the Adblock Plus extension with the EasyList+EasyPrivacy subscription (or the Fanboy'Adblock+FanboyStats subscription).
2) Configure Firefox to delete most of its cookies whenever Firefox is closed:
Tools > Options > Privacy > Firefox will: Use custom settings for history
and Keep until: I close Firefox
The only cookies which will be retained are for any sites you Allow with the cookies Exceptions button in that same options pane.

I do exactly same as Alan, only I decided to install better privacy addon as well to deal with flash cookies.

I use BetterPrivacy too. (I don't need to constantly tinker with it, so I forgot I have it.
