Well, the picture says the all ;)

When "Automatically reload affected pages when permissions change" is unchecked and you allow a @font-face, then the page reload (but it shouldn't).

You can try it yourself on this page: http://www.css3.info/preview/web-fonts-with-font-face/ (first hit on Google) :D

Thanks for your report.
Actually there are some edge cases where allowing an object (either a font or plugin content) from the "Blocked objects" menu forces a page reload because otherwise you wouldn't see any change, and for historical reasons those code paths have not been subject to the "reload policy" checks.
You're right, this is a bug and should be fixed.
