Can't confirm at the moment, but looks broken - unless the domain of the page you are viewing is Allowed.
about:blank not working regardless.
Nothing showing up in Error Console.
I have not checked the last number of .9x versions.
SeaMonkey Trunk. Have not checked FF or branch release versions.
