[RESOLVED] A little help please

Post by Aaron »

If you visit www dot gamereplays dot org and are blocking adds, or blocking" doubleclick.net "scripts they ask you to allow them. I don't want to do this, so is there anyway to just block the script that allows the orrange bar. When you block all scripts it doesn't show up so I'm guessing its possible.

If not, could somone tell me how to only allow doubleclick.net on this one website please.

Thanks for your time.

If I go there and allow just the site's own scripts, and mabye gorillanation, it works fine. No orange bar, no "asking" to allow doubleclick.net.

If you feel you must allow doubleclick, you can temporarily allow it on each visit, while still keeping it default-blocked or Untrusted everywhere else. But it didn't seem necessary on my visit.

I'm breaking the link, because we get quite a bit of link-spam posts -- people just trying to boost a link in search engine rankings. If this is not you, please do not take offense.

They changed it then since Last time I visited. I want to stress I'm not crazy.

Thanks :)

Of course you're not crazy. It's just that when they saw a NoScript Forum Moderator visiting, they knew they had better clean up their act. :D :D :D
Thanks :)
You're very welcome! I'll mark this as "resolved".
