Filegot only downloads 48Kb of every file

I've only just starting using Filegot with Rapidshare, but earlier tonight it was working fine, I was able to get a few files down no problem. Then suddenly it just stops, and everything I try and download is marked "complete" as a 48Kb file. It doesn't seem to be my Rapidshare account, because if I take the links and go directly to rapidshare in the address bar, I can still download them that way. This seems to be happening with other non-rapidshare downloads too. Anyone know what the problem is?

What's the content of these files?
What download manager are you using?
Is the "Direct links" option still checked in your Premium Account settings?

I'm using Flashget as a download manager. I looked at the "Direct Links" option, it wasn't checked, but I don't remember changing that. Still, I've checked it and it seems to be working now , so thanks for that.
