I think this problem has been present since 1.2.1.21 as I recall having it after the last update.
Basically flashgot through the right click method on links for sharingmatrix does not work with JDownloader. JD will not even attempt to fetch the link. On the other hand, if I open the link in a new tab in Firefox, then use JD's clipboard method of copying the link URL, JD will fetch the link properly.
I've tried a few things to alleviate this issue, including turning off AdBLock and NoScript to see if they were interfering. There have been no updates to JD since occurrence of this problem so I'm thinking it's not a JD issue.
Any suggestions here? It may very well be something on my end, but hours of searching for solutions have proven less than fruitful.

Re: Flashgot 1.2.1.22 sharingmatrix/jdownloader issue
Are you logged in your sharingmatrix account from Firefox (you should, for FlashGot to resolve the correct URL)?
If you configured JDownloader with your account data, you may want to disable FlashGot's own sharingmatrix processor, by creating a boolean about:config preference named flashgot.redir.sharingmatrix_com.enabled and setting it to "false".
