New blocked object status icon/s

Can't seem to find this icon displayed in "Features" list, so I navigated with no scripts allowed and embeddeds blocked on trusted to a random popular clip on youtube

I see a Blue S with an orange/red star/splotch on a white background.
This appear to coincide with a new object icon colour - orange - in the context menu.
It appears that the splotch is the object icon.
Is this the only variation of the new icon? In what configurations is a user going to see the green object icon, if at all, anymore?

My eyes are old and the resolution of the blocked status icon is about at the limit of my screen.
It helps my memory of particular icon's functions if I can actually visualise something in them, which is why I study the changes.

It's intended to be a small jigsaw puzzle piece signaling that some objects (plugins, iframes) have been blocked, while all scripts are allowed. It's reddish (orange) to indicate forbidden/blocked, it's never green. Unfortunately when the puzzle piece is made so small it does begin to lose its shape.

Yes, with these baby icons I normally save the icon from the Features page, zoom it and get a better idea of the significance that way.
You saved me the time I'd have to take to squint around in the NS directory on my hard drive for it, thanks

The large green puzzle piece icon still (and only) appears in the "recently blocked sites" sub menu on temp allow items
