I go to the following page regularly:
http://www.uclickgames.com/jumble/online/daily/tmjmf/
Every so often (maybe once a week or so), the site insists on my "selecting a sponsor." It opens a page that asks the user to select a sponsor:
http://pub.sponsorselect.com/Direct/Spo ... meid=tmjmf
It has come up twice now since I installed NoScript. It constantly causes the page to reload. After I set NoScript to temporarily allow sponsorselect.com, it stops reloading and I can proceed.
Page keeps reloading

As a start ...
view-source:http://images.gocomics.com/images/ucg/j ... _select.js
The http://pub.sponsorselect.com/Direct/SponsorIndex.aspx?... page does have a "No Thanks" link in the upper right-hand corner that you can click without Allowing sponsorselect.com. (I don't want to allow sponsorselect.) From there you should be able to (manually) click something like:
http://www.uclickgames.com/jumble/onlin ... TS&ssns=48&
which may work out ok?

Re: Page keeps reloading
Yes, that works, but it's certainly disconcerting to see the page reload like that... kind of makes one think of viruses. Obviously, I don't know how NoScript works, but if there were a way for it to avoid this behavior it might be an improvement.therube wrote:...The http://pub.sponsorselect.com/Direct/SponsorIndex.aspx?... page does have a "No Thanks" link in the upper right-hand corner that you can click without Allowing sponsorselect.com.
