Icons not updating properly

This began with version 1.9.1.8 . . . the icons in the status bar and on the buttons do not always update properly. I am now quite often encountering a situation where I have enabled all scripts on a page but the icon indicates scripts have only been partially enabled. For instance, on this page http://noscript.net/features I have enabled all of the scripts , yet the icon still shows scripts are partially allowed. And trying to click the temporarily enable button has no effect since all of the scripts have been enabled, and the drop down list on the button shows that all scripts are enabled; yet the wrong icon is now being displayed. The wrong icon can be seen in this image:
