As per the subject, allowing javascript in one tab makes other tabs reload. Now, I'd understand this if the javascript I was allowing was on a domain that the other tabs were linking to but that's not the case. I allow javascript on lindonlabs.com and then a tab open to 127.0.0.1 with no external javascripts reloads as well.
Now, not all of my 80+ tabs reload when I allow javascript but some do and it's a bit annoying when they do. For example, maybe I've typed some text into a textarea and then allowing javascript on a totally unrelated site (which even NoScript seems to think is totally unrelated) reloads the page and I lose what I've typed.

Not to sound mean, especially that therube has been kind enough to provide you the link, there is a massive and complete guide for beginners to do just about anything and if you take the time in the future to read that and the FAQs on the NoScript site, then you might not have to spend time asking the question.
