That's not actually downloading an MP3 file, it is ripping and converting from the FLV. You can do this yourself very easily. You can download the FLV and run it through any encoder (tons of them are free and fast) and voila. I have not experienced the service recommended below and their site is down so no way to find out if its legit or capable of this and how exactly it achieves it, but my guess would be you give them the video url and they will call it internally on the server and run it through an encoder and make it available for download to you. Otherwise, no direct MP3 for YouTube.
