Queue issues - changing original file size

Post by mmmandujano »

Good morning,

I'm dealing with some queue resume issues while downloading files from megaupload, let me explain:

My first set of downloads work perfectly fine(1 to 20 files) but the ones queued when they have to begin downloading they just turn into a 33kb file, why is this happening? I've made some research but I haven't found anything yet.... by the way I'm running MAC OS Snow Leopard on my laptop and this annoying behaviour is presented using LEEK and JDOWNLOADER.

My first set of packets downloads and right afterwards the suppoused files to be download drop their size and change their type to a .html, I open the html the manager donwloaded and it was a megaupload page which says my file was not found, any thoughts of my is this happening?

I think it might be some configuration problem on my firefox browser or in the addon because the same behaviour takes place in both download managers.

HELP please !!! What should I do to solve this issue.

thks !!!!

Free or Premium?

I'll guess that links "time out" after a period of time. And because of that, what was a valid link, is no longer.

If you open your 33kb file, what does it say? (It is likely actually an html web page, so drag it into your browser window.)

May I also suggest that you check to make sure there is no cookie cleaner as well. If the cookie is deleted for whatever reason, then you are considered no longer logged in and then what therube said applies, effectively you are timed out. Either by the session time they set or by the fact that your cookie is gone like I said, either one would do it. But therube is more an expert on this than me, so despite my two cents, I recommend you provide him the information so you can be better assisted. Good luck.
