.co.uk, .co.nz, etc addresses.

I've noticed that for domains that are .co.xx noscript seems to think that the co is the domain.

No it doesn't, at least on Firefox >= 1.5 (tested platforms).
Can I see a screenshot?

.co.cc is not in the public suffix list, NoScript uses this list in newer Fx version.
