FG not saving ".flv" File Extension

Great Add-On, shouldn't be complaining, but can't seem to get FlashGot to save File Name with the ".flv" extension. No biggie, I just have to manually rename the file. Using FireFox, default Downloader. YouTube site.

If by "default downloader" you mean the built-in, on Youtube it should automatically rename the file even extrapolating a meaningful name from page title and other elements.
Could you show me some example pages where it fails?

Using Win7 x64, FF 3.6.3, FG 1.2.1.18

Right Click FG icon lower right of browser, and get popup with different resolution files, types

No *.flv file extensions listed for the FLV files
one *.mp4 is listed with file extension



I have quite a few extensions installed in FF. Thought maybe one was messing with the Title,
but even with them disabled, FG doesn't seem to want to include the *.flv file extension with
the file name ...
