[RESOLVED] Most downloads do not start anymore

Post by matthias »

Hi!
First of all, I want to thank you for this awesome tool!
But since I've installed noscript, most downloads won't work. I guess it's because of those javascript services offering the downloads. I don't know how to change this.
For example: If I want to download a file from rapidshare.com, I cannot download it when I click the button. Though rapidshare is not a problem since I don't need it, but I got some website I need to work with and I can't get access to the files.
Of course I allowed these websites in the noscript configuration.
I got this problem since I've installed noscript, adblockplus, noflash and foxyproxy. But the only add-on which could cause these problems is noscript, isn't it?! Even if I turn off all of these addons, I don't get rid off this problem. So I really don't know what to do..

Does anyone have an idea about that? I couldn't find an answer to my problem anywhere.
Sorry for my english...

Do you mean you disabled also NoScript but the problem didn't go away?
If it's so, you should try Standard Diagnostic because the culprit is probably elsewhere or from a conflict between multiple extensions.

Oh my god... you won't fu**** believe what was the "problem" :D

I got two monitors, but the second one is turned off, because I don't really use it. Don't ask me why... but the download dialog appeared on the other, turned off, screen!!

Sorry guys :D
Stupid windows... always these strange things... I mean, why does windows all of a sudden show the dialog on the other screen?! Espacially after I've installed some software which could probably cause these problems haha :D
Sorry!!
