Hi,
I'm using NoScript 1.9.9.39. Going to http://www.metatech.co.uk/ causes the site to reload in a loop (nothing is actually displayed in the browser window). Disabling NoScript and restarting Firefox allows the site to be used normally. (I have set NoScript to allow scripts for that site.)
If I remember correctly, a few days ago before I updated to 1.9.9.39 I could use that site with NoScript enabled.

Can you see any error message (red!) in Tools|Error Console?
Could you try NoScript Options|Reset?
