And I'm unable to view the Flash content on this page.I've even temporarily "allowed all this page." Nothing happens. I do see the Flash placeholder on the home page of the Times and can view Flash content there. Just not on this page.
To see if it was them or me, I visited the same page with Safari; I get the clicktoflash placeholder there and I can view this slideshow.
What should I be looking at in NS Options so this will work? I have "apply to trusted sites" checked. Thanks.

Re: Not getting Flash placeholder/ can't view Flash on this page
It works for me using NoScript 1.9.9.29, Fx 3.5.6, Window XP SP3.
Using default NoScript settings except Apply these restrictions to whitelisted sites too is checked and I Allowed nytimes.com. I get the placeholder, and when I click on it the slide show plays.
Update NoScript to the most recent development build at http://noscript.net/getit#devel, then try these steps, in order, until NoScript is working right again.
1) The NoScript settings became messed up somehow. Reset the NoScript Options by pressing Reset at the bottom of the Options dialog. Export your whitelist before doing that if you've added any trusted or untrusted sites you'd like to restore after NoScript is working again.
2) There might be an extension conflict. Use the Add-ons manager to temporarily disable any other Firefox extensions you have installed, except for NoScript.
3) Perform a Standard Diagnostic. If NoScript isn't working by the time you get to the "Create a new profile" step, a new profile with no other extensions besides NoScript should work right.
Hope this helps. Please let us know whether it does.

Thanks Alan,
It was AdBlock Plus. Disabling ABP on that page only (plus allowing Brightcove on the Home page) fixed it. I often forget about the Adblock when this kind of thing comes up.

Having 1.9.9.27 ,I am not getting the placeholder just a plain box. If using 1.9.9.27 is the issue that is...
