What is going on in the new release i installed in SeaMonkey 2.0 and boom my java stops working downgrade and it works. I am just reporting if you want to question me contact at wyatt710(A_t)ymail.com

Looks to be a known issue, x Work-around for a Java initialization failure.
But there are other problems with the current #devel version, so wait for a v 1.9.9.24 or later to see if things are back on track.
