[RESOLVED] Error 203 - Unable to follow instructions

Hello all.

I reistalled Mozilla but all my addons were gone.
Tried to install Flashgot, but it popped the error 203 warning.
I tried to understand all instructions, both here and on Mozilla KB. I did what I could as allowing "flashgot.net" in Tools|Options|Security.
However the Mozilla suggestions to create a second profile and not to access Mozilla from Administrator are completely out of my ability!
Where can I find step by step instructions to get Flashgot back on my browser?

First of all, try to reinstall from http://flashgot.net/getit#direct

If that doesn't work, it may be an Add-Ons Manager corruption, and you should try to follow the steps outlined in this article?

I could dl not only Flashgot, but retrieve almost all of my others addons which were lost.
