The only icon I see is that the bottom right of the browser:

You won't see anything that says "blacklist". You won't see an Untrusted selection on the menu if you've Allowed all the sites that the web page uses. You should see an Untrusted selection on the menu if any scripts have been blocked. The Untrusted selection provides a way to mark a site which hasn't been Allowed as Untrusted. Also, if one of the sites which is being blocked is already Untrusted, then the Untrusted selection provides a way to Allow it or just have it Forbidden by default again.
