Just thought I'd let you know that this issue has been resolved and was the direct result of bad HTML.

The DIV tag for the "Login" area directly above the Search box had a height of 75. When not logged in this DIV tag overlapped only the "Search:" text. When logged in that DIV tag extends further to the right covering the text box itself.

Now, I didn't skin this site originally, so I won't take credit for the inappropriate height of the DIV tag. I will, however, take credit for not thinking to check this when trying to find out what the problem was.

Feel free to delete this thread since it in no way relates to NoScript.

Thanks for letting us know. Isn't it amazing how the tiniest little slip like that foobars something?

If you don't mind, we'll leave the thread here, because as mentioned before, someone else may come in with the same error and search for similar topics. Or we can search for similar topics. It'll eventually slide off the front page, anyway, so your "credit" won't be headline news. :)

If you would prefer that it be deleted, let us know.

Well at least we know our support works since we did call it as a programmer/coding issue pretty early on. I am happy that you have it resolved either way and it was good to have this discussion. I believe it will benefit others who might run into the same issue later on and be stumped on how to get it fixed.
