Please add support for GnuWin32 wget

GnuWin32 wget is a Windows port of wget. I'd greatly appreciate it if you would add to FlashGot, support for this Windows port of wget.

Yes, I know that. I made the suggestion in order to help other users of FlashGot, especially those without a lot of computer experience who even have difficulty doing things that we consider to be easy.
