I don't have any trouble viewing the pictures in
http://www2.jcpenney.com/jcp/X6.aspx?De ... 0436|50841. I do have to Allow jcpenney.com if I want the customer reviews to display correctly, but the images come out all right in either case. I've compared this to the display in my test profile that has the default theme and no extensions. All of the images are being displayed in my NoScript test profile: default theme, no other extensions.

NoScript 1.9.1.7
You might have an extension conflict or your NoScript settings got hosed somehow. First install the latest development version of NoScript, 1.9.1.7 from
NoScript Development Build.
Then reset your NoScript settings by pressing the Reset button at the bottom of the NoScript Options dialog. If you've customized your NoScript whitelist and want to save it, export it first from the NoScript Options > Whitelist panel. Once NoScript is working properly again, you can import the whitelist.
Hope this helps. Please let us know whether it does.
Edit: I have no problem with the other two sites either.
