Intercepting Easy youtube downloader

I'm using easy youtube downloader 1.6 to download tubes as mp4s and place then into my "automatically add to itunes folder" in Firefox.

I'm hoping that Flashgot can intercept these downloads and use DTA(Turbo) to speed up the process. Is this possible or does EYTD use soe other process that requires Firefox's native downloader ?
