Whew!
That was a tough one for me.
Cause I didn't see googleapis.com.
I have google.com blocked, & because of that googleapis.com never showed.
So I could go through & allow ALL the domains & still the picture would not display.
That is cause googleapis.com would not show on the (left-click) menu until after google.com had been allowed AND the (left-click) menu reloaded.
(In some instances, I believe I have seen domains interactively add themselves while the menu was open, but in this case, that does not occur.)
Would
noscript.surrogate.* help in this instance?

(PS: That web page is come kind of "heavy". Just scrolling through uses considerable <CPU> resources - even with everything blocked.)
