It appears that noscript.net is blocked by DNS4EU Protective blocklist, as per https://joindns4.eu
You might want to contact them, as this is an invalid block in my opinion - there's no valid reason for them to block your domain.
I have already done so, but it'll help for them to hear from the developer themselves.
