How to change blocking appareance

Sorry to ask this, I already google it many times with different keyword but no result. I don't know how to ask this but google read it different way

what I really want to ask is, how to change this blocking appareance?
The one showed when noscript blocking media

Yes I want noscript block auto play, blocking media, but I also want to see the video thumbnail, I want to know what video it is without disabling/hide noscript frame blocker

I want things like smaller blocker frame, or blocker without huge noscript logo

please help me. Thanks
