Firefox just updated to v146 on my W10 machine and ever since I've been having a problem. I am a frequent user if IMDb. On many of the actor pages only a short list of their latest credits initially appears. To view older credits one needs to click on a button at the bottom of the list "See All". Normally this will expand the listing to show all the credits but since the FF146 update it doesn't work if NoScript is active. I did some debugging/investigation and it is definitely something to do with NoScript, even if I tell NoScript to allow all on that web page the "See All" button does not work.
I will have to turn NoScript off when accessing IMDb now, which I am uncomfortable with <bitch & moan>. I will try to report if I get similar issues on other sites.

Removed the email address. We don't give email support, but this being a public forum there are surely bad bots looking to harvest email addresses for spamming and other nefarious purposes.
I was unable to reproduce this issue: Firefox 146, NoScript 13.5.1.901, allowing the following sites and the "See All" button worked:
What version of NoScript are you using?
Could you please provide the specific URL of the specific IMDb actor page where the "See All" doesn't work?
What exact NoScript permissions do you have set for that page?

Code: Select all
…imdb.com
…amazon.com
…d[…].cloudfront.net (there were 2 cloudfront.net domains & I Temp. TRUSTED both for the test)
…media-amazon.com

To be clear, does NoScript being "active" vs. "not active" mean whether or not NoScript is enabled in Tools > Extensions & Themes > NoScript?dtravel wrote: ↑Sat Dec 13, 2025 12:52 am since the FF146 update it doesn't work if NoScript is active.
*Always* check the changelogs BEFORE updating that important software!

And "Inactive" meaning "Disabled" in the Extensions listing.
https://www.imdb.com/name/nm0642239/
But I see the same problem on any Name page I try.
....
Okay, this makes no sense. I just tried again and the list of available scripts to permit was larger than what I was seeing earlier. I now see:
imdb.com
amazon-adsystem.com
db187550c7dkf.cloudfront.net
dqpnq362acqdi.cloudfront.net
googletagservices.com
media-amazon.com
ssl-images-amazon.com
I "temp trusted" all of those and it worked. Dafuq? I used to be a programmer years ago, I can usually still troubleshoot reasonably well but this makes no sense. My apologies, I don't know where I farked up but it seems to be working now. I'm going to go bang my head on a wall for a bit. Thank you for helping.
